Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We deliver across South Africa using trusted courier partners. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from dispatch. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

A flat shipping rate of R99 applies to all orders. Orders over R1,500 qualify for free standard delivery.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging where applicable.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@safara.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

Please note: due to the handmade nature of many of our products, slight variations in colour, texture, and finish are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items subject to availability. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days once we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
